Custom flags, owners, comments on opportunities

You can create and customize flags for opportunities, to help organize and prioritize them according to your specific needs. The custom flags can be used to monitor the state of an opportunity, the level of interest, or any other relevant criteria. 

This feature also allows teams to assign ownership of opportunities to specific colleagues, ensuring accountability and streamlining of the sales process.  

Team members can comment on opportunities to share updates, and check the history of activities, including past comments, owners, and flags.

Custom tags for companies and buyers

You can categorize buyers and contractors using your custom tags. You can classify companies, e.g. into partners or competitors. You can classify buyers, e.g.  into clients,  leads, key accounts, or EU institutions. You can manage your own tags and lists. You can also use these lists as filters in reports, or email alerts.
