Finding and reading tender specifications is one of the most time-consuming tasks, when working in public sector sales. We spend 1-3 hours daily to read specs and annexes and understand requirements and technology.
Often we need tenders that contain a specific keyword, e.g. webinar, cloud, Microsoft, artificial intelligence, CRM, or blockchain. These may be hidden in some technical annexes. So we need to download all docs and annexes, and open/read/browse each of them.
