Joep Crompvoets
Dr. ir. Joep Crompvoets is a full professor at KU Leuven Public Governance Institute (Belgium), specializing in e-Government, digital (data) governance, public sector innovation, interoperability and data infrastructures. He is also founder of the Erasmus+ Mundus Joint Master on Public Sector Innovation and E-Governance (PIONEER).
Stefan Morcov
IT engineer with 20+ years of experience in public sector sales and managing large-scale IT contracts, especially for the European Commission. He has a PhD from KU Leuven and an MBA from Tiffin University. Passionate about AI and digital transformation, Stefan helps businesses win public contracts with Hermix’s market intelligence platform.
