Acceptatie van de gebruiksvoorwaarden

De gebruiksvoorwaarden omvatten Het privacybeleid van Alstoria, dat hierin is opgenomen en deel uitmaakt van deze gebruiksvoorwaarden.
Alstoria beheert deze website (Hermix.com) en alle andere Alstoria-domeinen die deel uitmaken van deze website (de «Website»), met inbegrip van alle informatie, afbeeldingen, documenten, tekst, producten en diensten (zoals hieronder gedefinieerd) en alle andere elementen van de Website, evenals alle producten die op deze Website worden aangeboden en/of producten en diensten die via de Website worden aangeboden, beschikbaar voor uw gebruik onder de voorwaarden die in dit document zijn uiteengezet.
Door deze website te bezoeken en te gebruiken, gebruik te maken van Alstoria-diensten en/of Alstoria-producten te downloaden of aan te schaffen, gaat u ermee akkoord gebonden te zijn aan en in te stemmen met deze gebruiksvoorwaarden en alle bepalingen en voorwaarden die hierin zijn opgenomen en/of waarnaar hierin wordt verwezen, of eventuele aanvullende bepalingen en voorwaarden die op deze website en/of in de applicatie zijn vermeld.
Als u NIET akkoord gaat met al deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden, mag u deze Website en/of de door Alstoria verleende diensten NIET gebruiken.
Indien u NIET akkoord gaat met eventuele aanvullende specifieke voorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op bepaalde Inhoud (zoals hieronder gedefinieerd) of op bepaalde transacties die via deze Website worden gesloten, dient u het gedeelte van de Website dat dergelijke Inhoud bevat of via welke dergelijke transacties kunnen worden gesloten NIET te gebruiken, en dient u dergelijke Inhoud NIET te gebruiken of dergelijke transacties NIET te sluiten.

De website bevat specifieke inhoud en een selectie van handige hulpmiddelen waarmee u, na registratie op de website en betaling van het bijbehorende abonnement, het volgende kunt doen::

We garanderen niet dat deze Inhoud volledig juist of volledig is. Indemnification

The use of Services will be terminated by Alstoria, with immediate effect, upon termination of your subscription period or upon exceeding of the payment term for any subscription fee due for the Services.
Also, Alstoria reserves the right to terminate its legal agreement with You, at any time and at its discretion, by providing you a notice in this respect on e-mail address defined in your Personal Account.
Assignment
Alstoria may assign or delegate these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You, however, may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without Alstoria’ prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you is void and ineffective.
Service Access
If this Website or the Services will not be available for any period or any time, Alstoria shall not be liable. Alstoria gives no warranties as to the accessibility, performance, or availability of the Website and Services.
