    We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to support us with<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Organize and manage marketing & sales campaigns (B2B), using tools such as LinkedIn and Hubspot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Identify, qualify and manage leads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organize participation in international events and tradeshows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage partnerships and affiliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Track sales and marketing campaigns in CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Collaborate with our tech and sales teams to innovate and drive exponential growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Vereisten<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • BA in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Based in Europe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Perfect English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Able to think strategically about complex issues, implement action plans and campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Excellent computer skills. Passion for technology and innovation. Good understanding of new tech: digital, AI, LLM, CRM, automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Highly motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Open to learn and adapt to a fast-paced innovative work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
