Om relevante meldingen te ontvangen en geen kansen te missen, is het essentieel om effectieve en krachtige filters in te stellen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Idealiter zouden de filters elke dag een redelijk aantal nieuwe mogelijkheden moeten bieden. Ze zouden dus aan de volgende eisen moeten voldoen:<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voldoende algemeen \u2013 om te vangen <em>alle<\/em> relevante mogelijkheden.<\/li>\n\n<li>Voldoende specifiek \u2013 om te negeren <em>meest<\/em> irrelevante aanbiedingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het ideale aantal aanbestedingen dat een klein tot middelgroot team dagelijks kan analyseren, ligt rond de 5-10.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meer dan 100 aanbiedingen per dag betekent dat de markt te groot is en gesegmenteerd moet worden. Het in aanmerking komen voor 100 aanbestedingen zou een enorme inspanning vergen, dus de meeste zullen waarschijnlijk genegeerd worden.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minder dan 2-3 inschrijvingen kan betekenen dat de doelmarkt te klein is.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De meest relevante filters zijn:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industrie, domein<\/li>\n\n<li>Trefwoorden<\/li>\n\n<li>Land van de koper<\/li>\n\n<li>Kopertype,<\/li>\n\n<li>Gegevensbron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beste praktijken:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kies de branche en ga vervolgens dieper in op de domeinen.<strong> (d.w.z. CPV-divisie).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Vermijd het gebruik van onderwerpen. <\/strong>(CPV-codes). Een zeer breed filter levert zeer veel (irrelevante) resultaten op.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Vermijd filteren op een specifieke koper.<\/strong> (of aannemer)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"margin-left: 2rem; list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Het is altijd mogelijk dat een aanbesteding wordt gepubliceerd onder een verkeerde\/afwijkende kopersnaam en met onjuiste contactgegevens.
