Deze gegevens worden vervolgens ge\u00ebvalueerd, bewerkt en voorbereid voor visualisatie. We verbeteren onze algoritmen voor gegevensverzameling en -opschoning continu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe kunnen we data analyseerbaar maken?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aanvullende gegevensopschoning wordt uitgevoerd voor statistische doeleinden, zoals het normaliseren van de verschillende talen, valuta&#039;s, waarden, codes, identificatoren en namen, en deze allemaal tot een gemeenschappelijke noemer terugbrengen; het verwijderen van afwijkende waarden; het uitvoeren van benaderingen en schattingen voor ontbrekende of afwijkende waarden; enzovoort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom doen we dit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De belangrijkste instrumenten die momenteel worden gebruikt voor overheidsaanbestedingen zijn handmatige monitoring en lokale spreadsheets. Hermix vervangt handmatige gegevensverzameling en -analyse door moderne analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aannemers monitoren momenteel handmatig openbare aanbestedingsplatformen, zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/ted.europa.eu\/TED\/browse\/browseByMap.do\">TED<\/a>, waarbij ze handmatig zoeken naar aanbestedingen en informatie. Ze bekijken ook diverse websites en documenten van publieke inkopers, onder andere via Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De informatie wordt vervolgens lokaal georganiseerd en beheerd, in lokale databases of spreadsheets.
