Alstoria kan u ook vragen om op vrijwillige basis bepaalde informatie over uzelf te verstrekken door het invullen en indienen van een online formulier voor marketingdoeleinden.<\/p>\n<p>Om een geregistreerde gebruiker te worden, moet u een persoonlijk account aanmaken. De aanmaak hiervan houdt in dat u de volgende informatie verstrekt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uw voornaam en achternaam,<\/li>\n<li>Uw bedrijf,<\/li>\n<li>E-mailadres,<\/li>\n<li>Titel of werkfunctie,<\/li>\n<li>Contactgegevens zoals priv\u00e9-\/werk-\/mobiel telefoonnummer, adres, land,<\/li>\n<li>IP-adressen en andere informatie die passief wordt verzameld, zoals nader uiteengezet in de \u201c<em>Informatie die wij automatisch verkrijgen of verzamelen door uw gebruik van de Site<\/em>\u201d hieronder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Informatie die wij automatisch verkrijgen of verzamelen door uw gebruik van de Site of Applicatie:\u00a0<\/strong>We verz automatiquement bepaalde informatie over uw gebruik van de Site of de Applicatie, zoals gebruiksgegevens, voorkeuren of andere informatie met betrekking tot hoe u de Applicatie en\/of het Product gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>In het bijzonder registreren onze servers automatisch bepaalde informatie en\/of kunnen wij cookies (kleine tekstbestanden die door een webservice op de harde schijf van een apparaat worden geplaatst) of vergelijkbare trackingtechnologie\u00ebn gebruiken om de volgende typen informatie te verzamelen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uw browsetype, taal, plug-ins, internetdomein, type apparaat en besturingssysteem;<\/li>\n<li>Uw internetprotocoladres (IP-adres);<\/li>\n<li>Jouw tijdzone;<\/li>\n<li>Schermresolutie van uw apparaat;<\/li>\n<li>De website(s) die u bezocht voordat u de Website bezocht en de website(s) die u bezocht na het bezoeken van de Website;<\/li>\n<li>Unieke identificatoren, waaronder identificatienummers van mobiele apparaten, die kunnen helpen bij het bepalen van de fysieke locatie van dergelijke apparaten;<\/li>\n<li>Gegevens met betrekking tot uw interacties met inhoud op de Website en Applicaties, zoals gebruikspatronen en het type inhoud dat wordt bekeken of als favoriet is opgeslagen in de Website en Applicaties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Houd er rekening mee dat u de meeste browsers zo kunt instellen dat u een melding krijgt wanneer u een cookie ontvangt, of dat u ervoor kunt kiezen om cookies te blokkeren via uw browser. Dit helpt ons te bepalen hoe gebruikers met ons Product omgaan, ons Product te verbeteren en eventuele problemen die zich voordoen te verhelpen.<\/p>\n<p>Wij kunnen gesprekken opnemen met het oog op kwaliteitscontrole op basis van ons gerechtvaardigd belang, in overeenstemming met artikel 6, lid 1, onder f, van Verordening (EU) 2016\/679 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 27 april 2016 betreffende de bescherming van natuurlijke personen in verband met de verwerking van persoonsgegevens en betreffende het vrije verkeer van die gegevens en tot intrekking van Richtlijn 95\/46\/EG (algemene verordening gegevensbescherming). Zodra het Persoonlijke Account is aangemaakt, heeft u online toegang tot uw persoonlijke accountinformatie via de Site of de Applicatie, en kunt u deze inzien en bijwerken.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer u zich aanmeldt, stemt u er dus mee in om systeemeigenschappen, communicatie van ons klantenserviceteam en nieuwsbrieven over productupdates van ons te ontvangen. Als u deze meldingen niet langer wilt ontvangen, kunt u uw voorkeuren bijwerken door te klikken op de link \u201cUitschrijven\u201d in dergelijke e-mails of door contact met ons op te nemen via de informatie in het gedeelte \u201cContact\u201d van dit privacybeleid.<\/p>\n<p>Houd er rekening mee dat u ervoor kunt kiezen om geen Persoonlijk Account aan te maken. Houd er rekening mee dat sommige van de hierboven genoemde ontvangers van uw Persoonsgegevens gevestigd kunnen zijn in landen buiten de Europese Unie, waarvan de wetgeving mogelijk niet hetzelfde niveau van gegevensbescherming biedt. In dergelijke gevallen zullen wij ervoor zorgen dat er adequate waarborgen zijn om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen, in overeenstemming met onze wettelijke verplichtingen. Indien de ontvanger een derde partij buiten Alstoria is, kan de adequate waarborg worden geboden door het ondertekenen van een gegevensoverdrachtsovereenkomst met de ontvanger op basis van standaardcontractbepalingen die zijn goedgekeurd door de AVG-regelgeving voor de overdracht van persoonsgegevens naar derde landen.<\/p>\n<p>We kunnen persoonsgegevens ook delen met derden, waaronder de volgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Leveranciers, consultants en andere dienstverleners:<\/strong>\u00a0Wij kunnen uw persoonsgegevens delen met externe leveranciers, adviseurs en andere dienstverleners die namens ons werken en toegang tot uw persoonsgegevens nodig hebben om hun werkzaamheden uit te voeren, zoals het verwerken van facturen, het bieden van klantenondersteuning, enzovoort. Deze dienstverleners zijn uitsluitend bevoegd om uw persoonsgegevens te gebruiken voor zover dat nodig is om diensten te verlenen aan Alstoria, de Applicatie of het Product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In sommige gevallen kunnen we uw informatie delen met externe leveranciers om te begrijpen welke gebieden en functies van het Product het populairst zijn en\/of om de algehele effectiviteit van het Product en de functies ervan te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zakelijk account:<\/strong>\u00a0Indien u een individuele geregistreerde gebruiker bent en het domein van het primair e-mailadres gekoppeld aan uw zakelijke account eigendom is van uw werkgever en aan u is toegewezen als werknemer van die organisatie, en een dergelijke organisatie een zakelijk account wenst aan te maken, kan bepaalde informatie met betrekking tot het eerdere gebruik van uw individuele account toegankelijk worden voor de beheerder van die organisatie, inclusief uw e-mailadres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Voor samenwerking:<\/strong>\u00a0We kunnen uw Persoonsgegevens delen wanneer u ervoor kiest om samenwerkingsfuncties in het Product te gebruiken die naar hun aard het delen ondersteunen met derden die u kiest. Uw naam, e-mailadres, informatie van uw profiel en online account, en alle inhoud die u ervoor kiest te verspreiden, worden gedeeld met derden. Dergelijke derden kunnen met u communiceren door opmerkingen te plaatsen of u te e-mailen in verband met uw gebruik van de samenwerkingsfuncties van het Product.
