Elles sont ensuite \u00e9valu\u00e9es, tri\u00e9es et pr\u00e9par\u00e9es pour la visualisation. Nos principales sources de donn\u00e9es sont la Commission europ\u00e9enne (notamment les paiements de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, TED et le portail des donn\u00e9es ouvertes), ainsi que la Banque centrale europ\u00e9enne, Eurostat, la Banque mondiale et d&#039;autres organismes. Nous am\u00e9liorons constamment nos algorithmes de collecte et de nettoyage des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment rendre les donn\u00e9es analysables ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des op\u00e9rations suppl\u00e9mentaires de nettoyage des donn\u00e9es sont effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins statistiques, telles que la normalisation des diff\u00e9rentes langues, devises, valeurs, codes, identifiants, noms, et leur harmonisation ; la suppression des valeurs anormales ; la r\u00e9alisation d&#039;approximations et d&#039;estimations pour les valeurs manquantes ou anormales ; etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi faisons-nous cela ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les principaux outils actuellement utilis\u00e9s pour les march\u00e9s publics sont le suivi manuel et les tableurs locaux. Hermix remplace la collecte et l&#039;analyse manuelles des donn\u00e9es par des outils d&#039;analyse modernes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entreprises de construction surveillent actuellement manuellement les plateformes de march\u00e9s publics, telles que <a href=\"https:\/\/ted.europa.eu\/TED\/browse\/browseByMap.do\">TED<\/a>, Ils y recherchent manuellement les appels d&#039;offres et les informations n\u00e9cessaires. Ils consultent \u00e9galement divers sites web et documents d&#039;acheteurs publics, notamment via la recherche Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les informations sont ensuite organis\u00e9es et g\u00e9r\u00e9es localement, dans des bases de donn\u00e9es ou des tableurs.
