Les deux entreprises Woodnut sont list\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment et ne doivent pas \u00eatre fusionn\u00e9es sans v\u00e9rification suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les montants affich\u00e9s totalisent environ 12,072 millions d&#039;euros. FOREST GATE CONSTRUCTION, GRANTLEIGH et LIFTWORKS repr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 eux seuls environ 51,71 billions de dollars de ce total. Les donn\u00e9es par pays attribuent 289 millions d&#039;euros \u00e0 54 contrats comparables au Royaume-Uni, soit une moyenne affich\u00e9e de 5,3 millions d&#039;euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Signaux commerciaux et proc\u00e9duraux<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contrat se d\u00e9roule en deux \u00e9tapes. Le projet exige des interventions m\u00e9caniques et \u00e9lectriques complexes, la d\u00e9finition de l&#039;emplacement et du r\u00e9seau de la centrale de traitement d&#039;air, ainsi qu&#039;un nouveau syst\u00e8me de ventilation performant, comparable \u00e0 celui d&#039;un bloc op\u00e9ratoire. Le maintien du service hospitalier est imp\u00e9ratif pendant toute la dur\u00e9e des travaux\u00a0; le plan de phasage est donc une condition essentielle \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;entrepreneur doit g\u00e9rer les demandes aupr\u00e8s de l&#039;organisme de r\u00e9glementation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents et d\u00e9montrer sa conformit\u00e9 aux exigences d&#039;acc\u00e8s prioritaire pr\u00e9vues par la loi sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents. Les questions d&#039;urbanisme et les autorisations r\u00e9glementaires font \u00e9galement partie int\u00e9grante du processus de conception et de r\u00e9alisation.
