Drei offene Ausschreibungen im Wert von 7,4 Mrd. \u20ac sind verzeichnet, w\u00e4hrend keine vergleichbare offene Ausschreibung aufgef\u00fchrt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die beiden am 24. Juni 2026 ver\u00f6ffentlichten Vorank\u00fcndigungen haben dieselbe Bedeutung wie die aktuelle Auftragsbekanntmachung. Das vorliegende Vergabeverfahren durchl\u00e4uft daher ein transparentes Vormarktverfahren und erfolgt nicht ohne vorherige Ver\u00f6ffentlichung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wettbewerbsumfeld<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Liste vergleichbarer Auftragnehmer umfasst nur 10 Ergebnisse. Die aufgef\u00fchrten Lieferanten sind: GRANTLEIGH (1 Mio. \u20ac, drei Auftr\u00e4ge), CFES (544.000 \u20ac, drei Auftr\u00e4ge), FOREST GATE CONSTRUCTION (4,3 Mio. \u20ac, zwei Auftr\u00e4ge), LIFTWORKS (939.000 \u20ac, zwei Auftr\u00e4ge), WOODNUT CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (913.000 \u20ac, zwei Auftr\u00e4ge), GILMARTINS (913.000 \u20ac, zwei Auftr\u00e4ge), HOLLMARK ELECTRICAL (913.000 \u20ac, zwei Auftr\u00e4ge), GM BUILDING CONTRACTORS ESSEX (913.000 \u20ac, zwei Auftr\u00e4ge), GPF LEWIS PLC (843.000 \u20ac, zwei Auftr\u00e4ge) und WOODNUT CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENTS (794.000 \u20ac, zwei Auftr\u00e4ge). Die beiden Namen \u201eWoodnut\u201c sind separat aufgef\u00fchrt und sollten nicht ohne weitere Pr\u00fcfung zusammengef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die angezeigten Werte belaufen sich auf insgesamt ca. 12,072 Mio. \u20ac. FOREST GATE CONSTRUCTION, GRANTLEIGH und LIFTWORKS machen ca. 51,71 TP3T dieses Gesamtbetrags aus. Laut L\u00e4nderdaten entfallen 289 Mio. \u20ac auf 54 vergleichbare Vertr\u00e4ge auf das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich, mit einem angezeigten Durchschnitt von 5,3 Mio. \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kommerzielle und prozedurale Signale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Vertrag sieht ein zweistufiges Verfahren vor. Der erfolgreiche Auftragnehmer tritt zun\u00e4chst in die PCSA ein, erh\u00e4lt das \u00fcbernommene Planungsteam und ist f\u00fcr die Erstellung des Entwurfs, der Baumethodik, des Bauablaufplans, der Phasenplanung, der Logistik und des Kostenplans verantwortlich. Anschlie\u00dfend folgt der Hauptbauvertrag f\u00fcr die Bauausf\u00fchrung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der technische Aufwand ist betr\u00e4chtlich. Das Projekt erfordert komplexe mechanische und elektrische Eingriffe, die Entwicklung einer optimalen Positionierung und Streckenf\u00fchrung der L\u00fcftungsanlage sowie ein neues Bel\u00fcftungssystem mit OP-Leistung. Der Krankenhausbetrieb muss w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Bauzeit aufrechterhalten werden, daher ist die Einhaltung des Phasenplans eine zentrale Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Projektabwicklung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Auftragnehmer ist f\u00fcr die Bearbeitung der Antr\u00e4ge an die Bauaufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde und den Nachweis der Einhaltung der Gateway-Anforderungen gem\u00e4\u00df dem Baugesetz verantwortlich. Planungsfragen und beh\u00f6rdliche Genehmigungen sind ebenfalls Bestandteil des laufenden Planungs- und Ausf\u00fchrungsprozesses. Die 29-t\u00e4gige Einreichungsfrist l\u00e4sst nur wenig Zeit, um Planungsressourcen, Referenzen im Gesundheitswesen, Programmannahmen und die Zust\u00e4ndigkeit der Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rden zu best\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategischer Kontext und Interpretation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Ausschreibung eignet sich am besten f\u00fcr Auftragnehmer, die Sanierungsarbeiten im Gesundheitswesen, Logistik im laufenden Betrieb, Planungsmanagement sowie die Lieferung spezialisierter mechanischer und elektrischer Anlagen kombinieren k\u00f6nnen. Der Auftragswert liegt unter dem landesweiten Durchschnitt von 5,3 Mio. \u20ac f\u00fcr vergleichbare Auftr\u00e4ge in Gro\u00dfbritannien. Bei der Beurteilung der Eignung sind jedoch die betrieblichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen wichtiger als der Wert allein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die verf\u00fcgbaren Auftragsdaten zeigen eine wiederholte Beteiligung regionaler Bau- und Fachfirmen, nennen aber keinen etablierten Auftragnehmer f\u00fcr dieses konkrete Projekt im Bereich der interventionellen Radiologie.
